1 cup Amman Sona Rice
2 to 2.25 cups water
Salt (optional)
Steps:
Rinse rice 2–3 times until the water runs clear.
Soak the rice for 20–30 minutes (optional for better texture).
Add rice and water to a pressure cooker.
Cook on medium flame for 2 whistles.
