How to Use Akshaya Ponni Rice

Ingredients:
1 cup Akshaya Ponni Rice
2.25 to 2.5 cups water
Salt to taste (optional)
Steps:
Rinse rice 2–3 times to remove excess starch.
Soak rice for 20–30 minutes (optional for softer texture).
Add rice and water to the pressure cooker.
Cook for 2–3 whistles on medium flame.
