How to Use BPT Rice
Pressure Cooker Method
Ingredients:
1 cup BPT Rice
2 to 2.25 cups water
Salt (optional)
Instructions:
Rinse rice thoroughly 2–3 times.
Optional: Soak for 20–30 minutes for softer texture.
Add rice and water to a pressure cooker.
Cook for 2–3 whistles on medium flame.
Let the pressure release naturally. Fluff gently before serving.
Open Pot Method
Rinse and soak rice for 30 minutes.
Use 1:3 rice-to-water ratio.
Bring water to a boil, add rice, and cook uncovered on medium flame.
Once soft, drain excess water and let it rest covered for 5 minutes.
