Mother Choice Seeraga Samba Rice – Cooking Method
Mother Choice Seeraga Samba Rice – 1 cup
Water – 2 to 2½ cups
Salt (optional)
Instructions:
Wash the rice gently 2–3 times until the water is reasonably clear.
Soak the rice for 20–30 minutes for better texture
Drain the water and add 2 to 2½ cups of water for 1 cup rice.
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the soaked rice and cook on medium flame.
Once the rice is nearly cooked, reduce the flame and cover with a lid.
Cook until the grains are soft and separate.
Turn off the flame and let it rest for 5–10 minutes.
Gently fluff with a fork or ladle and serve hot.
Perfect for: Seeraga Samba biryani, pulao, steamed rice, and traditional South Indian meals.
